As a millennial, I followed the “promised” path – college, then the corporate grind. Driven by a need to prove myself, I ended up with a mountain of college debt and a high-paying sales job. It paid the bills in Los Angeles but left me feeling unfulfilled and stretched thin. There was no room for the life I truly craved – a life of thriving, not just surviving.
Taking that high-paying job, I thought I was securing respect and validation. In reality, I was seeking something I needed to give to myself – validation and belief in my own worth and inherent power. I traded true purpose for the "comfort and security" of the golden cage, ignoring my inner voice, and giving myself away to spaces that didn't care about nourishing my gifts beyond what would help them profit. My creative, free spirit was suppressed, and by the end of each day, what i had left of my energy was drained.
The crisis became the catalyst for change. The hyper-fixation on understanding my "purpose" led me to my first Ayahuasca ceremony. I received beautiful answers and a vision, but lacked the tools to integrate my experience. Returning to my corporate job, I fell into a deeper depression, still unarmed with the tools to handle my transformed perspective and embody the version of me who was being called to rise up.
Having seen a glimpse of my power and determined to climb out of this heaviness, I reclaimed my power and dedicated my commute to self-education, learning from inspiring teachers and leaders. This journey involved meditation, emotional regulation, plant medicine integration, and cultivating deep presence.
The transition away from the corporate universe I was a part of was a three-year journey filled with challenges. The most crucial lesson was learning to accept my reality - which arguably can be one of the hardest things to do when faced with soul-level dissatisfaction. I started to truly realized that my life mirrored back what I projected onto it. Acceptance arrived gradually, which started to transform my inner and outer world.
This newfound inner-resourced freedom marked the beginning of a journey towards higher potential and what i call "magnetic embodiment." The integration and embodiment of transformative lessons led to incredible healing. I embraced my feminine radiance, stepping into my power as a woman making conscious choices.
Curiosity, creativity, play, and following my heart became guiding principles. Each day became a unique experience, handled with grace and ease. This long road of inner work paid off, leading me to train in different modalities (trauma sensitive somatic movement methods, creative meditation techniques, + ) to support others in their expansion.
My mission is to help you develop the tools to become an expansive, magnetic human being, comfortable in your own skin, and equipped to live out your highest potential. I want to help you embrace the technology of the human body and spirit as your greatest asset, and become your own most trusted advisor and healer.
I'm here to guide you to reach higher, together we will shed the seriousness around healing and personal growth. Instead, we'll feel, play, and take a creative approach in the process of painting the masterpiece that is your life.
My guiding principle is to learn how to dance with life, fully engage in every moment, and continually soften and relax into the journey. By embracing conscious choice, we become our own healer, and we begin to expand beyond what we ever could have imagined possible.
- Kaylyn Loree
